This website is operated by Prosperity Talent Management Services t/a PTMS Consulting (“PTMS Consulting”, “we”, “us”), based in Alberton, Gauteng, South Africa. This notice explains how we collect and use personal information submitted through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
When you submit the compliance-check or contact enquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your full name, company or organisation name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, number of employees (for business enquiries), the service you’re enquiring about, and any details you share about the support you need.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, assess the HR, payroll, recruitment or career-support assistance you’ve requested, and follow up with relevant information about our services. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your enquiry without asking you first.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a service relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by law. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed at any time.
Your rights
Under POPIA, you can ask us what information we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, and withdraw consent to being contacted at any time. To do so, email us at info@prosperitytalent.co.za.
